It’s Make-Up
The Capitol District is made up of local churches of the Mid-Atlantic Diocese that are assigned by the Diocese Bishop Clarence Groover. Refuge Temple DC, Pastored by Chief Apostle William L. Bonner also participates with the Capitol District because they are located within the Capitol geography.

Capitol District Purpose (4 Focal Points)

1) Ensure that the Mid-Atlantic Diocese objectives are clear and understood

2) Through meetings, provide the dissemination of pertinent materials

3) Lend itself to personal, educational and spiritual development through training

4) Provide fellowship among Local Churches in the District
